Raghav Kumar’s NCETIR & Radio City Honour Entrepreneurs at ‘City Ke Sitare’

Radio City, a leading radio network, in association with the National Council of Educational Training Institute and Research, awarded visionary entrepreneurs the honorific ‘City Ke Sitare’ award at Patna. The function was attended by Bihar Assembly Speaker Nand Kishore Yadav, Patna Mayor Sita Sahu, and international shooter and Arjuna Awardee MLA Shreyasi Singh. Raghav Kumar, Director of National Council of Educational Training Institute and Research, was instrumental in hosting this coveted event.

Every Year, Radio City, in association with its high-profile partners, discovers and encourages outstanding personalities across different industries in Patna. This is with the aim of acknowledging and endorsing local business people who are molding the future of Bihar through sheer hard work and commitment.

Throughout the programme, Nand Kishore Yadav expressed pride in Bihar’s rich history and thanked Radio City and the National Council of Educational Training Institute and Research for recognizing the people who are making their contributions to the progress of the state. He added that such recognitions fill entrepreneurs with confidence, and they get more committed to excellence.

Patna Mayor Sita Sahu also thanked the awardees for their work in various fields. She wished them good luck. She also urged them to continue striving hard towards excellence. In her view, their diligence is an inspiration to many would-be entrepreneurs in Bihar. Shreyasi Singh described a touching incident from her sporting career. She said that when she won a gold medal, a person inquired which part of India she represented. She was quick to say “Bihar,” referring to the state’s growing reputation. She mentioned that she felt thrilled to see Bihar making a huge leap, and this she attributed to the state’s entrepreneurs for playing an integral part in its growth.

The function was conducted by Radio City’s Regional Programming Director Dr. Subhash Krishna and Sales Head Rakesh Tiwari. They invited all the dignified guests and expressed their gratitude for their attendance.

The award function was emceed by RJ Barkha and RJ Vijeta, entertaining the audience all along. 35 entrepreneurs were awarded for their remarkable contributions, making the function a grand celebration of innovation and hard work.
