A grand programme was organised under the aegis of “Jai Bhim Foundation”. In which Aligarh’s well-known lyricist “Dr. Avnish Rahi” was honoured with “Life Time Achievement Award”. Mr. Rahi has been given this award for his literary services and social activities till date.
On this occasion, World Jai Bhim Foundation’s President Rohitash Kumar Vicky and officials honoured lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi with Life Time Achievement Award by garlanding him with flowers, draping a shawl and giving him a symbol. World Jai Bhim Foundation’s President Rohitash Kumar Vicky said that lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi is that rare diamond of Aligarh who is spreading the light of his songs, ghazals, nazms, poems, Muktak etc. from Aligarh to Mumbai.
On the special request of the people, lyricist Dr. Rahi recited some of his selected compositions and expressed his gratitude to everyone for this “Life Time Achievement Award” and honour.
Veteran litterateurs Amar Singh Rahi, Sonam Ambedkar, Ritu Sagar, Shailendra Kumar, Manju Rani, Pravesh Kumar, Kishori Lal Baudh, lyricist Navneet Sagar, P.S. Suman, Vishal Kumar, Archana Sagar and many other dignitaries congratulated him for this achievement.
