A veteran of three successful educational start-ups, Fatema’s journey has been marked by her commitment to enhancing the educational experience for children across India. Her academic credentials, including a Master’s in Business Administration from Birmingham, UK, and degrees in B.Ed. and ECCE have equipped her to craft educational models that are both innovative and effective.

Fatema’s career began in the corporate world with stints at prestigious organizations like Commerzbank, Times of India, and Egon Zehnder International. However, her calling led her to education, where she has made significant strides. Her name is synonymous with successful education models in India, and she was honored as one of Education World’s Top 50 Educators in 2020. Her accolades include the Indian Achiever’s Award 2021, the Best Edupreneur Award 2019, and the Young Achievers Award 2017.

With the founding of ACE Sports Edu, Fatema has seamlessly integrated sports with education, fostering a holistic development model that emphasizes physical training, mental conditioning, and life skills. Her contributions extend to advisory roles on esteemed platforms, including EduTech India, the Wockhardt Foundation, and the Early Childhood Association (ECA). She serves as Vice President for ECA and the Mumbai Territory Head for the Association for Primary Education & Research (APER) in India. Additionally, she is a global ambassador for the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club and a National Council Member for Financial Literacy & Management by WICCI.
