Sarmang Society and Sarmang Adventure Tours Announce Dates for 2024 Marathons and Ultra Marathon

Dehradun, 17 February 2024 – Sarmang Society and Sarmang Adventure Tours are thrilled to announce the dates for their marquee running events in 2024. The lineup includes a series of city marathons and ultra marathons that promise to challenge participants and inspire communities.

 

The Chandigarh Half Marathon will kick off the season on 7th April 2024, offering participants the chance to run against drugs and for life. This event will feature a half marathon, 10k, and 5k, catering to runners of all ages and abilities.

 

Next on the calendar is the Sikkim Gurudongmar Lake Challenge on 5th May 2024. Set amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Sikkim, this race will offer distances of 70k ultra, 50k ultra, full marathon, and half marathon, providing participants with the opportunity to test their limits at an altitude of 5100 meters.

 

The Uttarakhand Mana Pass Challenge will take place on 28th May 2024, offering participants the chance to conquer the Mana Pass at an altitude of 5700 meters. With events like the 70k Ultra, 50k Ultra, full marathon, and half marathon, this race promises to be an unforgettable experience for all who participate.

 

The Ladakh Umlingla Challenge is scheduled for 20th July 2024, offering participants the chance to run on the world’s highest motorable road at an altitude of 5900 meters. With events like the 70k Ultra, 50k Ultra, full marathon, and half marathon, this race promises to be a true test of endurance and determination.

 

Lastly, the Sarmang Dehradun Marathon will take place on 29th September 2024. This event is not just a marathon; it’s an international event certified by AIMS and World Athletics. With events like the full marathon, half marathon, 10k, and 5k, this race offers participants the chance to compete against some of the best runners in the world.
