“Reshma Vaibhav Raute Crowned Mrs. International Woman of Substance Beauty with Brains 2024 in Dubai”

Reshma Vaibhav Raute from Mumbai has been awarded the title of Mrs. International Woman of Substance Beauty with Brains. The prestigious accolade was presented by Mrs World 2022, Sargam Kaushal at a pageant held in Dubai on 31st August 2024

Reshma was born and brought up in Mumbai – a place that has instilled in her the values of resilience, kindness, and hard work. Growing up, she was surrounded by a loving family that taught her the importance of staying grounded while reaching for the stars.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the dynamic field of IT, Reshma has been fortunate to achieve significant milestones in her career.

Reshma has been the first in India to achieve the B2C Masters certification from the Oracle Marketing Cloud Academy, and in her current role, she continued to enhance her skills by completing the esteemed Harvard Manage Mentor Connected Manager Program by Harvard Business School, with further studies underway at Indian Institute of Management.

This journey has not only influenced her career but has also fuelled her passion for inspiring women to succeed in their corporate journeys, offering support along the way. Reshma’s dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion led her to serve as the Chairperson of the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative for the Mumbai region at one of the IT multinationals she worked with for 10 years. Beyond her corporate endeavours, she is deeply passionate about imparting knowledge and has had the privilege to conduct lectures and workshops at esteemed management institutes in Mumbai

Outside of her professional sphere, Reshma finds joy and fulfilment in various pursuits. She is an avid traveller, not merely seeking tourist attractions but immersing herself in the vibrant cultures of the cities she visits. Writing is another passion of hers, whether it be composing poetry, articles, or travelogues. Music holds a special place in her heart, and she enjoys singing English romantic songs and devotional songs alike. Above all, her family is her cornerstone, and she takes immense pleasure in cooking for her husband and daughter.

Reshma believes exuberance is the essence of beauty. Its not about appearances but the radiance that comes from within, the joy that lights up a room and the passion that fuels our pursuits.

In her acceptance speech, Reshma expressed deep gratitude to her husband Vaibhav Raute, her daughter Aadya and her parents Pushpa and Jetho Mariwalla for their unwavering love and support.
