Real Estate Visionary Nikhil Pattani Honored with APJ Abdul Kalam Award

New Delhi, August 22, 2024 – Nikhil Pattani, a trailblazer in the real estate industry and a fervent advocate for sustainability, has been awarded the prestigious APJ Abdul Kalam Award by MBR, Delhi. This accolade celebrates Pattani’s remarkable contributions to real estate and his unwavering commitment to creating a sustainable future.

With a career spanning over 28 years, Nikhil Pattani has redefined the real estate landscape in India and the UAE. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the success of industry giants like Marathon, Adani, Kalpataru, DAMAC Properties, Runwal, and Lodha. As the founder of Destiniva Realty and the visionary behind Scholars’ Takshashila, Pattani has not only facilitated over 3,000 families in finding their dream homes but has also significantly impacted the lives of real estate professionals through education and empowerment.

Pattani’s innovative approach and dedication to sustainability were spotlighted with the launch of India’s first Green Realtor Certification on World Environment Day this year. This pioneering initiative promotes eco-friendly practices within the real estate sector, setting a new benchmark for sustainable development and inspiring realtors to prioritize environmental responsibility.

Upon receiving the APJ Abdul Kalam Award, Nikhil Pattani shared his journey with profound humility and passion: “My life story is mine, but maybe it’s yours as well. I lived my childhood being bullied at school and faced intense competition and comparison from a tender age. However, finding positivity in every sphere became my routine. Drawn to various cultures, I discovered everyone sought positivity in life through different means. Now, as a successful realtor with 28 years of experience, including international stints, I’ve found spiritualism to be a small yet mighty word that encompasses vast and interesting experiences.”

Pattani continued, “At this middle age, with God’s grace, I breathe in my passion and love for sustainability, painting, writing, singing, and promoting awareness programs on spiritualism, Vastu, and real estate malpractices. I explore every nano particle of my body towards passion with exuberance and happiness. Receiving this award is a testament to my journey and my commitment to inspiring others to listen to their passions.”

Nikhil Pattani’s initiatives under Scholars’ Takshashila have transformed the real estate industry by fostering knowledge, professional growth, and community engagement. His dedication to sustainability and his revolutionary Green Realtor Certification exemplify his vision of a better, greener future.
