‘Daveed’ follows the journey of Ashiq Abu, a bouncer-turned-boxer, played by Antony Varghese. Motivated by an unbreakable bond with his eight-year-old daughter, Safa, Ashiq steps into the boxing ring not just to fight, but to ensure her future. As his journey unfolds, we witness his evolution from local boxing matches to international bouts, with each victory driven by love, sacrifice, and resilience. The film also features the Egyptian actor Mo Ismail, who plays the pivotal role of Senul Ahmedov, Ashiq’s formidable rival.
