Beginning his academic career at KL University with a B. Tech, Venkatesh went on to complete an M .Tech at JNTU. His passion for learning led him to acquire a PG Diploma in Psychology and Counseling from Asian International University. This combination of technical and psychological expertise provided him with a robust foundation for his future endeavors.

Venkatesh started his professional career as a Project Engineer at MEIL Company, where he worked for two years. Following this, he became a Career Counselor at Byjus, spending another two years guiding students in their academic and career paths. These roles gave Venkatesh a broad skill set and a unique insight into the educational requirements of students.

In 2015, Venkatesh returned to his roots as the Academic Director at Sanghamitra Vidyalaya, the school he attended as a child. He played a crucial role in revolutionizing the rural education system. His innovative strategies and commitment to raising educational standards brought about significant improvements, providing rural students with high-quality education and greater opportunities.

With a deep-seated passion for education and a desire to support students through the challenges he once faced, Venkatesh founded Radeontech Company. Radeontech offers a wide range of educational services, including career counseling using DMIT software, training in emerging technologies, support for studying abroad, distance and online education, and a job portal to facilitate employment opportunities.

Venkatesh’s vision for Radeontech is personal. Reflecting on his own educational experiences, where he often lacked guidance, he aims to ensure that no student feels unsupported. His mission is to provide comprehensive educational services that empower students to achieve their fullest potential.
