Drahma: Shortfilm

It is a wonderful short film digging the meticulous aspects of sibling’s relationship. This short movie explains the story of the relationship between brother and sister. The brother was taking care of the fatherless family. The sister with his friends wants to lead a liberated life which finally ends up with the world of Drug and ruined her life. Finally, the brother found her and she was able to come back to her normal life by the care of her brother.It is a meaningful story that sheds light on the emotional impact of substance abuse aligns well with showcasing films that address important social issues. This short film is the fourth short film directed by Subin.

Director Subin’s vision is a peaceful world. This short film also belongs to this genre. Through his writings and short films, he is talking about a world which gives priority to equality fraternity love and peace. He strongly believes that only in a peaceful world the people will grow wholistically.Through the artifacts and involvement in cultural sphere he is indulge in to propagate the importance of peace. His personal conviction is to develop an environment where everybody can live in harmony which will be a better world for the future generations.

This is a Malayalam language short film. The meaning of the title Drahma is the lost coin. The direction and  screenplay was done by Subin.R.V. Sunil Gabriel was the story writer.
